Founder of Dasher Lawless, Christopher Alan, has spent over 25 years in the building industry, gaining vast experience in both development and investment. During this period, he dedicated his career to building large-tract planned developments, as well as mixed-use, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in California, Florida, and Ohio. For 12 years, he also joined forces with several development firms to construct projects in the greater Los Angeles region. In addition to Dasher/Lawless, Mr. Alan is founder of Dorian Capital Investments. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he received his bachelor of science degree.
Fernando Ayala
Vice President, Construction Services
With nearly 20 years in the construction industry, Fernando Ayala brings hands-on experience of all required building practices and general contracting services. This intimate knowledge of construction is invaluable in developing and coordinating buildable designs, schedules, and budgets. In addition, his extensive experience in warranty management and mitigation provides the necessary perspective and problem-solving skills required to execute sustainable, profitable developments.
Michael O'Bryan
Vice President, Design and Development
As director of design and development, Michael O'Bryan lends his combined expertise in architecture and entitlements to the successful execution of every Dasher/Lawless project. Since joining Dasher/Lawless, his working knowledge of design has proved to be an invaluable asset in the creation of multifamily and mixed-use projects in suburban and urban California markets. Prior to Dasher/Lawless, Mr. O'Bryan held the position of residential studio director and associate to Rothenberg Sawasy Architects. In this role, he was responsible for the design of all major multifamily and mixed-use projects, which included project programming, governmental entitlements, architectural masterplanning, and architectural design development through every phase of development. He received his bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Woodbury, where he was honored with the Grand Critique Award.
Nick Ritch
Director, Sales and Leasing
Nick Ritch graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and concentration in Real Estate Finance. While attending USC, Nick was employed by RSA Architects, and worked on a number of Los Angeles' mixed-use projects. Upon Graduating Nick began his real estate career at Sperry Van Ness. He focused on Multi-Family and Retail acquisitions and sales in California, Nevada and Arizona. Representing several real estate investment groups. Nick completed over $125 million dollars in transactions in his 5 years at the company. Nick also earned the prestigious Sperry Van Ness "Achievement Award" ranking in the top 120 real estate advisors nationwide. Nick left Sperry Van Ness to begin his development career with DasherLawless Inc. Being versed in several different facets of real estate development, Nick has applied his unique skill set to management of property leasing, including new development preleasing, while assisting in the design and financial modeling of new projects. Nick continues to hold an active California real estate broker's license.
